On April 7, Wisconsin voters will have the opportunity to vote YES to give Wisconsin crime victims additional rights in the state constitution.
Marsy’s Law for Wisconsin updates the 1993 victims’ rights constitutional amendment by giving victims new rights and strengthening existing ones. Marsy’s Law for Wisconsin also gives crime victims the constitutional right to enforce their rights in a court of law if they have been infringed upon during the criminal justice process.
Vote YES on Question 1 on April 7, 2020, to give crime victims the equal rights they deserve.
COVID-19 AND THE SPRING ELECTION
Due to concerns about the ongoing spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus, Wisconsin officials are urging voters to participate in the Spring election by voting absentee.

Governor Evers has issued Executive Order #72 proclaiming a public health emergency in Wisconsin as a result of the Coronavirus.
The Wisconsin Elections Commission has issued guidance and taken several actions designed to help mitigate concerns about COVID-19 Coronavirus in advance of the April 7 Spring Election.
Residents in nursing homes and care facilities or other locations where vulnerable populations live will be mailed absentee ballots by their municipal clerks.
